Providing means of assistance and support, assuming the tasks of coordinating administrative and technical work, and facilitating the requirements of the daily operational work of the executive staff of the Center.
Mission
- Organizing appointments for internal and external meetings and interviews.
- Receiving and making phone calls and e-mails.
- Receiving guests and organizing the meeting schedule.
- Preparing meeting needs.
- Writing, delivering, and receiving official books and periodic reports.
- Overseeing the delivery and distribution of incoming mail.
- Supervising and organizing procedures and arrangements for internal and external work tasks.
- Organizing and archiving the Center’s documents in file systems and supervising their continuous updating.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports and correspondence.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Announcing the available training programs and providing the necessary information about them.
- Evaluate educational effectiveness, determine the impact of training on clients, and measure performance indicators.
- Collect feedback from trainers and trainees after each learning session.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- Processing and managing facilities, equipment, and internal and external training needs.

Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources, or any related field.
- Practical work experience.
